Vinyasa Yoga

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. This class is all levels - all you need is your body and your mat!

HIIT

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You'll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!

Spin

See consistent results while improving your cardiovascular endurance in this low-impact class. This class can challenge all levels! Come enjoy the connection, the driving energy and fantastic music and get one of the best cardio workouts you can do in a group exercise setting. Your only competition is you! So jump on the bike and challenge yourself. You'll be surprised at what you can achieve! 

Intro to Spin

Come learn to Spin! Get properly fitted on your bike, learn the basics on how to read your bike's computer, and improve your capacity to cycling in this all-levels class!

Relaxation Yoga

Relaxation Yoga will flow slowly and focus on connecting your mind to your body to help promote rest and relaxation. Meditation and Pranaymana (breath work) techniques are taught to deepen the connection between the physical and mental. Whether you are looking to expand your practice or you just need a break, this class is for you.

GROUP CLASSES

Strength

A full body workout designed to improve all around strength and conditioning levels. Using resistance, we aim to build strength, tone muscles and burn calories all in one class. Come check us out!

Spin & Strength

Come experience an awesome interval conditioning workout alternating between cardio cycle bursts and resistance training for strength off the bike! This class is great for all levels looking to work on cardio and strength. 

Functional Strength

Come use all the toys! Build fitness fundamentals, strength and confidence as we utilize kettlebells, sandbags, club bells, and slam balls. Be strong from every angle and learn how to utilize fitness strategies that have been building warriors since the cave man era. Beginners welcome!

Core & Restore

Using fitness strategies from Pilates and gymnastics, you will build core muscles that will support you throughout your day and fend off back pain. You will learn to use your hips, abdominals, shoulders, and back to make you feel stronger. The second part of class will be spent using our recovery tools to mobilize locked up joints, work out muscle knots, and get you out of pain!

Treadmill Cardio & Core

Treadmill Cardio & Core is a fast-paced, interval style class that combines various walking/jogging/running increments with challenging core exercises to give you a great cardio and core workout in just 30 minutes. All levels are welcome as modifications and variations can be made to suit your goals.
