Background:
Melinda has been a licensed massage therapist for over a decade, graduating valedictorian of her class. Early on in her career, she enjoyed working as a nutrition counselor and personal trainer but found her passion in massage therapy and integrative medicine.
As a massage therapist, Melinda has worked with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and fitness coaches. She has helped open new massage clinics and has been a leading massage therapist at multiple high-end spas in Chicago and surrounding areas.
Melinda enjoys working with a variety of clients, from athletes with sports injuries to cancer patients with chronic pain and stress. She is passionate about bringing healing and comfort to others through her work.

Background:
​Danny first started working in fitness during his undergrad at Marquette University where he was a Building Supervisor at the school’s recreation center. He wants our members to know that he is passionate about folding all of 110 Fit+ Fitness Center's towels to be ready for you!
You can find him at the front desk with any and all of your questions, but when he isn’t around the Fitness Center keeping operations running on the back end, you can find him doing stand-up comedy all across Chicago.

With 12 years of experience managing a private gym, along with personal and group training, Deb has developed an understanding of both the operational side of the fitness business and the personal touch needed for strong client relationships. With these skills she has a unique perspective on what it takes to create a positive and effective fitness environment.

Deb enjoys an active balanced lifestyle. Her love for weightlifting, long walks and soaking up the sunshine reflect her dedication to health and well-being, and her appreciation for local dining spots in the West Loop shows she enjoys connection with her community.
